On Thursday, June 15, 2023, at approximately 11:14 p.m., Blaine County Sheriff’s deputies respond to a domestic battery in progress on Cliffside Dr. near Broadway Run in Ketchum, Idaho.
Upon investigation, Francisco Lave Oregon Laveriano, age 42 of Hailey, Idaho, was arrested and charged with one count of felony Domestic Battery with Traumatic Injury, I.C. 18-918 against a 34-year-old female victim, and one count of misdemeanor Battery, I.C. 18-903 against a 27-year-old male victim.
Oregon Laveriano was arraigned in Magistrate Court on Friday, July 16, 2023, where the court issued a $10,000 bond. Oregon Laveriano remains in the custody of the Blaine County Detention Center as of publication time.
