On Monday, September 25, 2023, at approximately 9:23 p.m., Blaine County Sheriff’s deputies located controlled substances on an individual being booked into the Blaine County Detention Center for Violation of a Civil Protection Order, I.C. 39-6312.
Carlos Manuel Cabrito, age 50 of Bellevue, Idaho, was additionally charged with felony Possession of a Controlled Substance-Methamphetamine, I.C. 37-2732(C)(1), and misdemeanor Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, I.C. 37-2734A(1)
Cabrito remains in the custody of the Blaine County Detention Center, pending arraignment in Magistrate Court Tuesday afternoon.
