  • Assessment notices are issued to inform you of the value of your property and/or improvements. The value of your assessment notice will be used in calculating your tax bill at the end of the year. 
  • Appeals must be filed immediately upon receipt of the assessment notice. The appeal process closes after the 4th Monday of June each year
